TURMERIC FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
The ingredients for marinade and preparing method for Turmeric Fried Chicken Wings are very simple. For better taste, keep the chicken wings refrigerated and marinate overnight, return to room temperature before frying the next day.

Ingredients:
- 8 chicken wings (cleaned)
- 2 tbsps cornstarch
Ingredients for marinade:
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1 tbsp fine sugar
- 4 tsps turmeric powder
- 1 egg (grade A/size: L, lightly beaten)
1 Dry cleaned chicken wings with kitchen towels.
2 Pierce chicken wings with holes using a fork.
3 Add salt, sugar, turmeric powder and egg to chicken wings, coat each well with marinade. Keep refrigerated to marinate for at least 5 hours or overnight. (Reminder: Marinate the wings longer for better taste.)
4 Set aside the marinated chicken wings at room temperature for 1 hour before frying.
5 Add cornstarch to marinated chicken wings, mix well.
6 Preheat about 600 g of cooking oil, turn to medium heat, deep-fry chicken wings for 7-8 minutes, until golden brown.
7 Turn to medium-high heat for 30-45 seconds before removing from oil.
8 Put fried chicken wings on strainer ladle to drain off the oil.
