Welcome to Redtick.com & Redtick.com.my. This site is provided by Redtick Sdn. Bhd. as a service to our customers. Please review the following basic rules that will govern your use of the website. Please take note that your use of the website constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. Although you may have “bookmarked” a particular portion of this site and thereby bypass the terms and conditions, your use of this site still binds to its agreement.

This website provides consumers a convenient way to purchase home products and office supplies. The Terms of this Agreement will apply to visitors as well as account holders. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and will comply by all of its provisions. We deserve the right to change the Agreement at any time and your continuous use of the website denotes that you accept any revised terms.

Account Eligibility

By accepting this Agreement through our usage of the site, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18 but at least 13 years of age, you may use this site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who also agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Redtick.com.my does not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of 13 without prior consent. If you are the parent or legal guardian agreeing to this Agreement for the benefit of the child between the ages of 13 to 18, please be advised that you are fully responsible for his or her use of the site. This includes all financial charges and legal liability that he or she may incur. If you do not agree or cannot comply with any of this Agreement, do not use this site.

Registration

You must ensure that all your details provided by you upon registration or at any time are correct and complete. All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a breach of the Agreement. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided by updating your personal details

Password and Security

When you register to use the Redtick.com.my site, you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us by contacting Customer Services (see below for Contact Us) immediately.

If Redtick.com.my has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Redtick.com.my, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account in accordance.

Sale of Goods

We reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by the each customer. Moreover, we also have the right to cancel any order, or part of an order, or refuse service to anyone for any reason. The posting of prices on our website is not an offer for sale of goods, and the order confirmation is not an acceptance of an offer to purchase goods.  The contract for sale of goods is not entered into until we ship your products. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability of products may change without prior notice. We make every effort to provide accurate information about the prices of products available on this website. The acknowledgement SMS does not guarantee that we will be able to deliver your orders. Nevertheless, all the products that are shown in the website are subject to final confirmation of the price and availability of the goods that you have ordered. 

For some instances, product that you ordered is NOT stated as out-of stock does not necessarily mean that it is available at the moment. We will inform you as soon as we received your order form. Please make sure that you give us your current phone number.

Product Descriptions, Packaging and Colors 

We make an effort that the descriptions and pictures are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the product description and pictures are accurate, complete, reliable, current, error-free. With this, if a product is not as described, you can return it in unused condition. By confirming your purchase at the end of the check out process, you agree to accept and pay for the items you ordered.

Permitted Used

All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written; and other materials that are part of this website (collectively the Contents) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the site for your personal use. No right, title or interest downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from sell or participate in any sale of/or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the site or any related software. All software used on this site is the property of Redtick.com.my or its suppliers and protected by Malaysia and the international copyright laws. The contents and software on this site may be used only as shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the contents on this site is strictly prohibited

Product Substitutions

In some cases, we reserve the right to offer and deliver substitute product to you, only in the event the ordered item is out of stock and the same product and brand is available in a form that is greater or equal value.

Payment Methods

We accept payments using debit/credit cards, PayPal accounts or cash on delivery.

Intellectual property

The content of the Redtick.com.my Site is the sole property of Redtick Sdn. Bhd. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Redtick.com.my Site without written permission from Redtick.com.my.
