What is the Redtick Returns policy?

To ensure you fresh convenience, we abide by our Fresh Manifesto in all aspects of our service to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, please contact us and let us know how we may help!
 
Can I return an item after the Redtick Return Policy coverage days?
 
  • Your item cannot be returned after the stated amount of time set for the perishables and non perishables respectively.
  • If the item exceeds the period stated, kindly check the warranty status of the item by contacting the manufacturer directly for further assistance.
 
Requirements for a valid return:
 
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
  • Redtick.com Account details (name and number).
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)
 
For which reasons can I return an item?
 
You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:
 
  • Damaged on delivery
  • Past Sell By date
  • Item provided is not as ordered


Return and Exchange Policy
 
  • We will accept returns for items purchased and delivered from our stores, except for discounted items and items that has been damaged or soiled through customer's neglect.
  • To make a return, simply bring the item to any the store where the same item was purchased together with its purchase receipt(s)/delivery order to our staff at any cashier. You may wish to check the item's availability at a particular store by contacting us. Exchange should be made within three days of purchase.
  • We will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of items.
  • All terms and conditions of ''Return and Exchange Policy'' are applied to all purchases made by members. If a member refund/return any items for which Points have been credited, corresponding number of Points for the item returned will be removed from member's account. Redtick Family Members are required to present the Redtick Family Card when making a purchase refund or return.
  • We reserve the rights to make amendments to this policy at any time without prior notice.
